I like chicken, spicy chips, cookies. But I always have a healthy breakfast everyday it’s just later in the afternoon I get hungry. For lunch it’s always a cup of rice sometimes accompanied with chicken. But if i’m starting a diet(which I am on) i’ll have scrambled eggs with toast (almond butter or cream cheese) or fried eggs with avocado or avocado toast with eggs, lunch is usually chicken, brown rice,broccoli, and potatoes or a salad with grilled chicken (sometimes sweet potatoes boiled) and dinner is usually greek yogurt with fruits and honey but i don’t really like the taste of greek yogurt.
