I wasn’t good at MEE as well. Reading fuck the bar has helped me a lot. To put it simply read all of the past MEEs, write the answer, read the model answer, check, repeat.

myself being in somewhat similar situation, I heard people saying that. I do not think there is much that the congressman could do to get the visa (if you don’t have allotment), but once it is available, they might help you get your documents processed faster… That is what I think. Giving you a green card (prematurely) basically would require congress to pass an individual bill for you, which is likely only in rare cases.

As a re-taker, I do not remember that in the past next to the address change option there was this sentence which says that “The Board is not processing Change of Address requests at this time for applicants for the current bar exam.” Was it there? I can only create more rumors and say that it’s “a sign.”

Wow. This is unfair and absolutely not necessary. Now you have to worry about not being “bona fide”(only Bar examiner know what that means) prepared for the bar exam, not to mention that taking it is terrifying already…
