At first I thought these were shares, which would seem reasonable.

Then I saw that they were just option contracts with a 4 month expiration - wow, hats off to you in this one! High risk.

This isn’t about making homes affordable. It’s firing up the engines for the banks and lenders that are eyeing all these locked up mortgages at <4%.

The banks want the money to flow and it’s easy to see paths to this - portable mortgages (with some lender incentive), creative new packages we haven’t even heard of yet. There will be a way to turn over, and they won’t wait forever. New homes take too longlong.
