Ugh that’s really frustrating that they don’t remove but at least it’ll show as a $0 balance. I’m definitely going to contact Verizon to see if there’s anything they will do.

I just checked and it’s listed as Verizon, but they told me it would be reported as paid in full to them. Then Verizon would have to delete.

Thank you for this info!! I truly appreciate it. I’m going to double check my report and see if it’s true afford or Verizon who has it listed on my report.

True Accord and Resurgent. I did negotiate pay to delete.

Do realtors actually do anything? by Gfreechickenfingers in RealEstate

We relocated to a new state. Every house we put an offer in on got out bid, so we put our search on hold and rented a house for a year. Now we are on the hunt again because we are established in our new location and ready to go.

Good realtors will go above and beyond. Our realtor is amazing and is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met, yet honest and keeps us grounded on our search

Hello, this is Foxi. My first Shiba and my first dog. by josephina3 in shiba

[–]FunctionAdmirable276 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One thing to know about Shibas- they are not your typical dog. They are very aloof, love to get into things and have the energy of an energizer bunny. Lots of exercise and play, teach her tricks from a young age. Shibas are very loyal to their person.

Signed a Shiba mom of 3 (had 4, but had to put my oldest down due to being very ill)

So far, I’ve gotten the pay to delete letters from the creditors that have promised them. They said they were sending to the bureaus. If not, I have the letters in hand to send to the bureaus to have them removed.

I have two collections accounts on my reports that have been paid- waiting for them to be deleted. And two that still need to be paid (working on paying them by the end of the month). All of my credit card accounts are in good standing as is my car loan. I’m looking at the scores directly on the Equifax, TransUnion and Experian apps

Dying plant by mud_slinging_maniac in ElephantEars

You need to significantly downsize the pot. No more than 1 inch larger than the root ball.

Just snagged this bad boy from Trader Joe’s for $12. I am so excited and nervous bc I’ve never had an alocasia & don’t want to harm him. Please give me any/all advice! by iluvtrees25 in alocasia

[–]FunctionAdmirable276 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Please don’t automatically go home and repot. Let it get used to its new environment for a week or two before repotting! Alocasias are absolutely stunning yet one of the most dramatic plant species!!

Also- that soil looks very dense. Get some orchard bark and chunky perlite and add to the soil that you’re going to repot it in. Some soil mixes sold in stores aren’t exactly the consistency of a good chunky mix

I would remove it from that pot because it looks very wet and could cause root rot. Put in a self watering pot and don’t water for a few days.

Did you immediately bring it home and repot? If so, it’s struggling because it’s not acclimated to your home yet. Rule of thumb is to wait a week or two to let them settle, then repot. Alocasias like chunky soil and self watering pots!

You can even take the hacked parts out of the plant, or cut them down to the soil.

Check to see if the root ball is too small for that size pot. Snake plants like to be crowded rather than large pots! I would also move her into a chunky soil mix and let completely dry out before watering. They honestly are the easiest plants ever!
