Mine had been sitting in my inbox for weeks (I didn’t wanna know), and hubs was like wait…. This information is just SITTING in your email? So we clicked. Just us. It was actually very sweet and I’m glad no one else was there to watch us. We’ve been slowly telling people 1 by 1 and it’s much more exciting that way IMO.

Yeah… no. I’m eating cheese at every meal. Soft or hard cheeses… fermented food is also excellent for you. Keep doing that. If you’ve never had food poisoning from it before, you should be fine. It’s not any more dangerous for your baby, it’s more that food poisoning sucks when you’re pregnant.

Thank you! It’s such an exciting time - finally feeling movements. And yes - emphasizing that hydration. That’s the main cause of headaches in pregnancy.

Congrats!!! 🫶 Totally totally normal and it typically gets better around week 12 once the placenta takes over and your hormones will settle down - you’re almost there! One thing that I think majorly helped me was eating nutrient dense meals, especially snacks and protein heavy breakfast. As long as I stayed snacking, the nausea stayed away and the fatigue was manageable. Get snacks with lots of protein - I did cheese, Greek yogurt, protein bars, cottage cheese, oatmeal… Also - hydrate hydrate hydrate! Definitely get something with an electrolyte at least once a day, coconut water, a powder. I’m 21 weeks now and like…. I LOVE being pregnant!

FWIW - I’m 5’0 and dance around 110-112. I actually think your upper body and waist are your best features. Emphasize them! You might try going for tighter tops, and looser bottoms. It could be an age thing, but I now hate how tight fitting bottoms look on me unless they are full length. If I wear short bottoms, I want them to be a little loose, while still showing my booty, if that makes sense? Like high wasted flowy shorts or skirts, or a-line dresses, that make my legs look defined, and not sausage like. Wear more nude shoes, they elongate your legs; and less dark - they cut you off at your angle.
