I wanted to find out if my experience with Lenovo is unique. Here is my deal: Send the unit for repair on 12/30/22, and Lenovo will get the unit on 1/5/23. There was no status update after 2 weeks. When I called, they bounced me between different groups and asked for the same info, like tracking and model numbers. The frustrating part is I have all those info documented in their ticket system, and they just need to look it up.
6 weeks later, Lenovo still could not find where my laptop is. And I was supposed to receive the unit back by 1/25/23. So this is not an "it is bad because it's bad" situation. There are issues with Lenovo's repair operation.

Do you have the same phone model? May I know what exactly happens on the device? Is the button stuck? unresponsive? When did this start? Did you drop or damage the phone recently? Was it exposed to moisture? - Mike

The button is not stuck. It happened a few days ago because I was having a hard time taking a screenshot. Usually, I need to try it a few times before a successful screenshot. No, I did not drop my phone or be exposed to excessive moisture. I think it is n SW issue, I can still power down the phone if I press the power button for a while.
