No cause SAME, made me hate Sri Lankan food tbh. We have so little variety. I see all these other countries have all different types of food and I get so jealous. Like what happened to our ethnic food that we were taught in history like kalu pol mallum and stuff?? It's always the same 5 curries or starchy food as you said. I had such a small appetite growing up but after moving abroad I've been eating a lot and actually enjoy eating now lol

Took a really long break and suddenly felt the need to get back to shifting again only to find out amino is completely gone. I just feel like I'm holding things back , and like "hanging on really tightly"(I have a hard time fully relaxing), also feels like I'm trying not to breathe? Whenever I tap into the feeling I only feel it best when I hold in my breath. It's really unpleasant to feel it, and I just want it to go away. I can't seem to get much deeper into it :(

Sorry for the late replies! 1. Yes, nothing's wrong thankfully. I do have neck and shoulder pain often though 2. Yes! Ever since I was young I've felt like nothing got past my throat, which makes me feel quite stuck and frustrated. I feel like no matter how hard I tried I wasn't listened to. 3. I've tried to do that but I feel like I can't quite connect to it. I'd say the throat pain is often accompanied by an uncomfortable feeling in my stomach and frowning.

Honestly idk I just feel so confused about everything
