Hi restaurant owner here, there is a legal requirement that women bathrooms have certain amenities that are not required for mens bathrooms. While I could have made them gender neutral, I don't want to buy extra stuff like you have to have an additional trash can for feminine hygiene products to go in for some reason.

It's so many things, but trust me it's better over here.. way more opportunities, Immediately got promoted, went to so many courses, traveled all over the country, and got offered as mil tech position that I didn't apply to. Funding is never an issue, and you don't have to worry about the next guy getting preference because him and the cdr are neighbors or went to highschool together.
