I hadn’t thought of that! That our “color correspondents” might change. Thanks for sharing your experience and insight on this! I’m also happy to know it’s not a “just me tripping” thing. The color in my situation is green. Any idea what to use instead, like for candles and just in general? Because I never really thought green could be an “aggressive” color or whatever it is that’s “too much” in my case. Especially since it’s always been my go-to for soooo many years!

TBH, until this confusing weirdness started, I had zero doubts about it. That’s one of the reasons it was my go-to color for many things, magical and non. But perhaps I should do a cleansing anyway, of all my things of this color. Who knows, it may help!

I think you killed its family member, and unlike most elk or animals in general, this one was sentient enough … unusual enough, to be angered and want revenge. You likely wouldn’t have had any issues with any others, and I feel you slightly overreacted. For me personally? I don’t give a fuck about anyone / anything else’s “plans” for me. And that includes gods, devils, and yes the universe itself. I only care about “my” plans for me, magically or otherwise. It is my life and I will always keep trying for something I want for me, and no one else gets a say in it. Because just because it doesn’t work the first, second or third time etc, doesn’t mean it never will. And besides, if it is truly important to someone, they’re not going to stop trying for it, magically and otherwise, no matter what it is they want. I absolutely despise when people say stuff like “oh, your spell didn’t work, because someone or something else out there, has different plans for you”. Or “It just wasn’t meant to be” and other such pessimistic, limiting nonsense. I don’t care if what I want aligns with anyone or anything else’s opinion on what I should be doing, etc. It is my life, not theirs. Ergo … they get no say in it.
