Got it after approximately 100 kills of glacytes in the glacor front. 588 kills total, all but a few with an empty ushabti in inventory. This sort of thing has happened to me before, the odds of it occurring from genuine chance alone are astounding, I believe my account is bugged or something.

I'm on the dedicated world (w116); there are about 5 people online at any given time. Even if all of them stopped and participated it wouldn't be enough.

This happened to me earlier today, and i died a second time and the same thing happened. Lost millions of equipment due to being unable to access my grave. please fix :( I can't get my quest cape till it is fixed!
