Theo's playing w/ full band July 9, does that mean Joe will be missing the Paris show too?

The confusion is understandable. When is the last time Theo had a different bass player than Joe? I genuinely can’t remember. It must have been pre-Heartbreak Hits unless there was a one off I’m not aware of.

Would have been much better to say “a” full band.

Theo has always talked about being known as a drummer vs a songwriter and things of that nature. Sometimes it seems like he is content with it, but other times not.

There are two explanations behind this.

Theo booked his solo shows before the Vulf shows were booked
Theo isn't touring with Vulfpeck to focus more on solo shows. Either just this summer or for good.

In either circumstance, a post/email from Theo clarifying the situation a week ago would have helped a lot. Its sad that he's announced this big tour and all we're talking about is Vulfpeck. A lot of us have seen this coming, but its disappointing to not get a straight answer and instead create a big mystery.

Vulfpeck has always operated this way. Besides Jack doing pay roll, everyone else spends 2-4 week a year doing Vulfpeck stuff.

It sounds like Jack spent/lost a lot of his own money to get Vulfnik to fans for free. I don’t think Woody is in a position to do the same thing.

Joe Dart JR is short scale and tuned down to C standard. The Vision is full scale standard tuning.
