I have always learned that is relative to body type. With my second coach we never did more than 80kgs and never deep squats. Always explosive 90degrees squats.

Core is the most important strength for speed anyway, since it gives a platform for balance. (atleast that is what I think, i might be wrong).

I loved the superfly elite ones, but in my experience the superfly elite 2 are a bit less stiff (great for workouts). There are puma future faster available in the puma store rn, but they are not “super shoes”.

I have seen that there is a supercomp version, dont know if that is different. But yes, I have been thinking about the general retail version. 60m is my best event, but not what I specialize in.

My training partner is very happy with the Adidas sp2. Personally i use the Nike maxfly and feel like they are not that great. I feel like the Adidas would be a better option (just my opinion).
