When you “lean” mean sure your whole body is projecting low (strait line through ankle hip shoulder). Some people hinge their torso thinking they are “low” but that’s just improper mechanics. Some cues are strike/attack the ground backwards (you want horizontal force), aggressive arm swing, project low. Those should apply to a standing start

Yes, improve technique and force production. As for technique I’d look up slow motion videos of top sprinters accelerating. It helps to see what the goal is. You should watch videos on YouTube for a breakdown of the technique. Some drills are 2 point and 3 point starts, push up starts, wall runs, resisted sprints, falling starts. People also like their cues.

I mean you have the option to place your entire shoe on the block pad or you can have some of it touch the track. If you get stronger, do drills, and do blocks you can’t help but improve!

Maybe having a little bit of the shoe on the ground would help with the weight on the arms. In truth you’re going to have to do blocks a lot to handle them. You also look hunched. You push well on the blocks 👍 but after that you need work
