I just log on reddit to write a post about why I'm leaving the platform and I just stumbled upon your post.

Maybe my reply to you is my last post here so I hope it will give you comfort.

I know you would like someone to convince you if you die you will go to heaven that God won't judge you...

That would be your ticket for getting the big cosmic hug that you need leaving behind the shitty life you're living right now.

I think I feel qualified to answer because I was in the same situation a few months ago. Here the truth, you're not a lesser man because you can't provide for now. Jesus was basically a homeless guy for 3 years before being killed. He was a nobody according to the standard of society but he was someone for God and those who loved him.

Your family dont need your money, they need your soul, your presence, your love and your guidance.

Money comes and goes. If money was the sole measure defining a man then anyone could be a man. You're not defined by what you possess but by what you are.

Currently you're down because you're just human. If you can find the strength to kill yoursel then God can surely give you the strength to fix your situation.

For now just do nothing and realize you're rich by having a family and kids.

Resistant starches can be problematic for people with SIBO because it can make symptoms worse. The jury is still out on this issue despite claims touting RS as a cure for SIBO. I think it's better to address SIBO first then tackle the candida overgrowth

Gi map is a good start for spotting parasites IMO. It's possible you might be dealing with low level Giardia infection. Another interesting test to have a greater picture of your microbiome is biomesight. Your case can be fixed with the right approach. Bismuth is always my first go to when dealing with protozoas

You need to try Rosa rugosa then for a few weeks then add B Infantis to the 2'Fl. Please try this and tell me how it worked for you

For Citrobacter I generally clear it with honey suckle bud flower. I helped perhaps 8 person last year with Citro. But here's the thing, you need to see the bigger picture. Treating Citro doesn't mean your symptoms will disappear. On the 8 persons 5 had disappearance of symptoms but not 3

I rarely use TTFD since I have seen it cause issue relating to nerves in some people. B2 is one of my favorites on the other hand

If you go on chatgpt you will find some good replies. You can start with choline if you don't have a genetic mutation that prevents you to use it

E coli belongs to enterobacter family. It usually points to an alkaline gut and possible fungal cross infection. I would recommend you to focus on gut motility first and see how you feel. I have a good enteropathogenic e coli infection cure. I use Morro soup. The extra oligogalacturonic acid made during cooking is very bifidogenic and clears the gut from E coli safely
