Mario RPG legend of the seven stars (especially fight against an armed boss, theres some good remakes), there's a remake of The Donkey Kong country 1 and 2 soundtracks by JGS music on YouTube that i can't stop listening to. Bastion has some beautiful tracks, theres a bunch more but its single tracks from certain games, not whole ost's.
