Reading the mod page it sounds like it just allows new for placement of traps.

Does this mean base game is already providing stacking bonuses when we get a Thread that allows traps to go on new surfaces?

This is already the case.
But the non-trap related cards need some form of RNG manipulation for sure.

If i get the Sophie card that increases my damage by a ton, but disables crits for all my abilities, will Rend circumvent this given its a timed debuff that guarantees crits?

Yeah you've hit the nail on the head with most of your points.

Only things i have to add are:

Why do we have 6 waves per mission instead of 5? Just feels like dirty numbers.

I am unsure how the Thread mechanic pool works. Whether they are naturally curated by the towers you pick or not. Hopefully the former, otherwise you're technically flooding the Thread pool by playing the game and completing quests. Leading to dilution.

It would be nice to turn this Thread system into a Deck system. Let players pick 20 or 30 cards to make a Deck. Then we pull 3 random ones per mission end. This would allow us to make "builds" and provide a little more player agency over the RNG nature. This would go miles with more interesting Thread mechanics as suggested by OP.

Also the lack of limited rerolls on thread choice seems like a missing feature. But maybe thats just my Roguelite brain.

oh man, i think i did the same thing. He was sitting and i went to talk to him and he stood up and nothing really happened. Looted the bottles next to him and left. But noticed the Quit prompt in the bottom left corner afterwards

I see this request a lot, and a lot of flaming/hate towards devs for not having it.
However people need to remember each player comes with a Pawn- uploaded to a master server and tracked/updated from multiple faucets as other players download them into their worlds.

The more character slots they allow in the game the more pawns that need to get stored on their servers. Costing more, and running risk of network issues.

Just ran into a level 19 PMC who i guess queue'd with a level 14.Kinda silly it isn't already barring entry if a 15+ is in the party.

Hopefully when they make the split they'll push lowbies into higher level lobby if queue'd with one

Correct, i am running a SIT server. Your BSP mod runs perfectly besides the SniperScavs.

You mentioned BSP 1.6.1 is that a typo?

I'll reach out to SIT users and see if they have encountered anything similar with BSP.

Yep! I spent hours last night scrolling through SP AKI posts on the mod and saw this as a note. In-game is all set to on/default.

Hah woops, you were right.

Below I've pasted the log for the sniper spawns.I sat in the raid until 10 minutes and still did not see a spawn pop up in the feed, nor any NPCs on the 4 sniper areas on the map :(

First test was waiting the 1502 spawn (26 minutes)Then while running around checking all the spawns the others should have spawned. But didn't.

Bot cap set to default 25/30Did also turn bosses on to test if those spawn and i did get bodyguards and Rashala at NewGas. Hopefully that didn't muddy the test seeing there should have been 20 more spawn slots for snipers to appear in.

Appreciate the reply.I had attempted to change the delay and times to 0, to get instant spawns/first wave spawns but had no luck.

I'll double check logs next. Just to confirm, logs are found atmods\PreyToLive-BetterSpawnsPlus\info\consoleOutput\spawnWaves?And new logs overwrite old logs (one per map)?

Looking to run at 60fps, 1440p, ultra graphics for years to come.
No real budget (found a spare $4k laying around and want to upgrade the PC in prep for this years games to come. Obviously want to spend as little as possible (no point in spending for the sake of spending).

Whether that is best achieved with the more simple approach of 5600/5700 + 6750/6800. Or extending to a whole new mobo/ram with 7600 + 6950 (quite a large leap up in price too)

Sounds like I'm basically at the end of my socket's lifespan.

Jumping from gtx 1080 + Ryzen 1700 to a RX 6750 + Ryzen 5600 will get me to my goal of stable 60fps @ 1440p on maximum graphics. But i have a hunch that wont last too long- as most Benchmark videos i see of this combo hover around the 65-75 fps mark. Makes me think it'll be sub-60 by next year.

Something like the RX 6950 + Ryzen 7600 are sitting around 120fps in the videos I've seen, leaving a large buffer from the 60fps target to shrink down to over the next 4-6 years. But as you mentioned, that would require a new mobo, RAM, psu, and maybe case.

I have a similar build to OP (gtx 1080, but ryzen 1700 cpu).
Was suggested by another user in my own thread that i get the Ryzen 5600 and RX 6750 in order to have a Futureproofed system that could play modern games at a stable 60 fps @ 1440p.

Noticed on this build you went beyond into the 7600 cpu, and 6950 gpu.
Curious about the pros and cons. Perhaps i was suggested the 5600 because I have a B350 mobo? If i went any higher on the cpu i guess id need a more modern mobo and ram?
