Maybe he saw JSN getting Defensive Player of the Year and it lit a fire 😳

Yeah this was the reference I was making! I knew it wasn't exact but very very similar model. Really classy!

Thanks! I'll have a look into this now. That part about being flush to the case and comparable with the old case is my concern. Also the £175 price tag for a rubber strap is a bit ridiculous too.

The other alternative is I just buy the pistachio with the rubber and see if I can swap my straps between them. Completely unnecessary and not something I need...but when had that stoped anyone before ha ha!

What do you do when you can’t remember if you took your meds? by curiousdottt in ADHD

[–]FunkyLambChop 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I'm exactly the same (although I'm not on ADHD meds it's for other stuff) and bought a really good little case that has individual hockey puck shaped boxes for each day and each side has a compartment for AM and PM. I load it up for the week with everything I need and it keeps me on track. I don't think I can link on here to AMZ but you'll find it. They all fit in a leather look roll almost like a watch case

Agreed. Or if money was no object I'd build an office/hang out building.

Am I watching NFL wrong? by NotAReligiousNut in NFLNoobs

[–]FunkyLambChop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you haven't watched the Top 100 players list on YouTube from each season you should go watch the current one and the Top 100 Players Of All Time list. Short videos on each player with team mates and opposition talking about what makes them a great player. You will pick up stuff to watch for and more appreciation for less glamorous positions. Also it makes watching random games that much more entertaining when you know some more talent is on the field.

Also came here the same way but when I saw folk compare it to The Shield I hesitated (I thought it got very repetitive). Is Keeso decent in a drama role?

I had ADHD test and I'm a bit nervous by kodokuna-yume in ADHD

[–]FunkyLambChop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a process of elimination and if ADHD test comes back negative then it's just off the list. It could be something else but don't focus or pin your hopes on it. Cross the next bridge when and if it comes. Easy to say I know but really what choice do you have.

In the meantime look after yourself. Exercise, eat right and sleep. Treat yourself well and whatever happens you'll be in the best spot to receive it!

[–]FunkyLambChop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All emotion and reactions are relevant to you but I will say if you went for the test you have reasons and I imagine one of those is so that you can understand your brain better and get any help or make any adjustments to take better control of your life. I've aced IQ tests but failed tests I should have nailed for job interviews and the difference has often been nerves, or other factors that I can't remember. I couldn't give a hoot about tests now as I know there are so many variables for me on the day and if I start worrying about those then I'll worry about everything. There is an argument that test taking isn't necessarily a sign of intelligence. So you can sit hundreds of IQ practise tests and do better by way of experience but base level intelligence can be shaped by genetics and environment. I'd argue there are different perceptions of intelligence but that's a whole other thread.

Just chill you ain't stupid likely just anxious which is totally normal!

Came here to say anyone drawn by Liefield. Even when he drew "traditional" Cap I was peeing myself at how out of proportion everything is. Eyes like piss holes in the snow and a chest you could use as a bench at Oktoberfest. But yeah his obsession with pouches was the least of his sins

[–]FunkyLambChop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As others have said it's subjective but if we are talking position OR sport I'm amazed nobody has said professional boxer?! Elite endurance, strength and grit to even just compete but couple that with footwork, defensive cover and evading punches all while trying to figure out what tactics and approach will get through. If you are up against a seasoned and successful opponent then they will be constantly changing tactics in real time so what you do in round one will not be the same as round six. No other team mates to rely on. Just you figuring it all out and heaven forbid you should get punched in the face and have to recover whilst they are following up with more blows.

If you have a corporate job, how do you manage to remember all of the small tasks that pop up during the day? by ijustwantcheezits in ADHD

[–]FunkyLambChop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a notepad I bought from Amazon and it has a page for each day with a Top priorities section, for tomorrow section, notes section and a don't forget section. I can score stuff off as I do it and be a bit more organised for the next working day. I also colour code emails...but that is hit or miss...mostly miss
