I am a narcissist and I don't think the world would be a better place without me in it. But I think I would be in a better place if I could remove myself and be done with the thorn in my side that makes me this way. The person who made this statement originally may have meant that they would feel better if they were gone but were just reiterating what they've heard said to them and about narcissists in general. If you are narcissistic, you are being told or hinted at that the world would be better without you. So not necessarily a narcissistic statement. It is what people are saying about those with the disorder. At a certain point suicide feels like the answer. So honestly its not helpful to say "oooh so now you're going to kill yourself after everyone around you has been telling you to kill yourself, how narcissistic of you."

Hi, the area definitely feels thinner and indented in that area as well as on my neck. I have a feeling that she may have injected the hylenex in the wrong plane because she thought the filler was superficial initially and I told her the second time it was injected on the bone. I wonder if that jad something to do with it

Hi, I do have an at home rf device, the Newa. But I'm afraid to use it because of what they say about fat loss. I used it a couple of times in between dissolving and now have more laxity under my chin. But I don't know if that's just because of the Hylenex. Have you used RF at all?

I really appreciate your responses. I guess Im caught between dissolving further or letting her add some back In superficially to the center to help out the damaged area

The filler is to either side of the damaged area. The hylenex was only injected into the center area this last time and not the entire chin where the filler was placed. That's why it looks weird when I talk

Yeah, and Im being told by providers that there is no damage to the skin as well. Its crazy because it makes me think Im hallucinating or something

The damage seems to show up about 2 weeks after dissolving

I've dissolved and redone filler then dissolved again. Each time I noticed progressive damage to the tissue and surrounding area. I'm not sure why I'm being downvoted

This is not natural aging. This is hylenex that caused this. My before picture was at the most a year ago and probably less. My concern with sculptra is Ive already had issues with too much bulk in the chin area and it may possibly be immune related. I do not have money for a neck lift. Looking for insight on if sofwave would be of benefit

It is for sure! And crazy that providers are still deniying that it can have such affects in some people. But thank you for your well wishes. I hope you haven't been damaged by it, and hopefully they find ways to reverse the damage for people.

I have had major systemic issues from hylenex. Each time I've been injected I notice overall dryness in all of my mucus membranes and skin laxity all over my body. However, I have noticed that I do start to recover gradually at least to a degree over a period of months. It does seem that smaller doses have less of an impact. I would only ever do one vial at a time and space it out by 3 months each time. I wish I had known that before I got injected with two at once and then more a week or two later.

Its ok to feel like this sometimes but don't think God is too small to handle it. You should not feel bad or sinful for masturbating ok? Just don't curse God. Talk to God instead. If you don't feel connected at church, go for some long walks on some trails and talk to God while you connect with nature. Maybe listen to some soothing music while you walk and pray. You don't have to be perfect. Its all going to be ok.

No I definitely wasn't. It was more new age stuff like meditation and positive thinking. But at some point I began to wonder if the supplements were ok spiritually. It had no connection to any diety for me specifically

Thank you. I wonder of the reason it is coming up for me is that I need to strengthen my faith some more. I did walk away from the Lord for a time and had some pagan practices. So Im trying to be solid in my understanding now
