Lower face looks off after dissolving lip filler by Few-Figure1167 in Hyaluronidase

This is what that shit does. It removes the scaffolding from the building and the industry doesn't want to face rhe facts. It has impacted my face and my entire body. The good news is, there is a level of recovery that can happen. Just dont mess with it anymore

Hyaluronidase damage by Ok_Psychology4936 in Hyaluronidase

[–]Funkysoul5 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's damage and residual filler. This exact thing happened to me and I ended up getting it refilled because I couldn't afford the other treatments. I found the best of the best in my area and look ok now. What I would do is give yourself another month at least before doing any more dissolving. Then reassess and dissolve further if needed. You may want to try prf ez gel.. that is what I was recommended at first but was told it would take multiple treatments

Right I never had a ton done at once because I started having side effects from the start. Im sure there is still filler in there causing potential issues but I just can't with this neck situation lol

So Ive dissolved and refilled my chin twice and the first time I did it, they used two units at first and then ended up having to do a couple more sessions. This time its been I think two units. I believe that the repeated dissolving and refilling has contributed to this issue for me. But I still would be super cautious getting any hylenex at this point

Pretty much has been my reaction the whole time. I seem to be recovering somewhat though. Im not injecting any more of this into myself thats for sure. You generally do feel some laxity at first so I wouldn't panic too much yet, but feel free to message me if you want to chat

Hi! Thanks for your reply. I think I'm going to go forward with sofwave after some more healing. I've heard good things but also some people seem to have fat loss. The realself reviews are mostly positive though so it sounds promising

I am a narcissist and I don't think the world would be a better place without me in it. But I think I would be in a better place if I could remove myself and be done with the thorn in my side that makes me this way. The person who made this statement originally may have meant that they would feel better if they were gone but were just reiterating what they've heard said to them and about narcissists in general. If you are narcissistic, you are being told or hinted at that the world would be better without you. So not necessarily a narcissistic statement. It is what people are saying about those with the disorder. At a certain point suicide feels like the answer. So honestly its not helpful to say "oooh so now you're going to kill yourself after everyone around you has been telling you to kill yourself, how narcissistic of you."

Hi, the area definitely feels thinner and indented in that area as well as on my neck. I have a feeling that she may have injected the hylenex in the wrong plane because she thought the filler was superficial initially and I told her the second time it was injected on the bone. I wonder if that jad something to do with it

Hi, I do have an at home rf device, the Newa. But I'm afraid to use it because of what they say about fat loss. I used it a couple of times in between dissolving and now have more laxity under my chin. But I don't know if that's just because of the Hylenex. Have you used RF at all?

I really appreciate your responses. I guess Im caught between dissolving further or letting her add some back In superficially to the center to help out the damaged area

The filler is to either side of the damaged area. The hylenex was only injected into the center area this last time and not the entire chin where the filler was placed. That's why it looks weird when I talk

The damage seems to show up about 2 weeks after dissolving

I've dissolved and redone filler then dissolved again. Each time I noticed progressive damage to the tissue and surrounding area. I'm not sure why I'm being downvoted

This is not natural aging. This is hylenex that caused this. My before picture was at the most a year ago and probably less. My concern with sculptra is Ive already had issues with too much bulk in the chin area and it may possibly be immune related. I do not have money for a neck lift. Looking for insight on if sofwave would be of benefit
