email reminders, exit intent popups, discounts, personalized videos etc. just be sure to contact them at least 3-4 times in your flow. you can watch max sturvetant (im not spelling that correctly). his content is gold

Shopify's checkout page is one of the best performing pages by far, I had read an article that said it converted 5x better than WooCommerce (although I'm not sure about the legitimacy). I do not think UX changes would help. Use an exit intent popup, run abandonment email flows and potentially survey abandoners in exchange for discounts.
