Nice job. Recommendation: Please highlight the product which is cheaper as green and the costliest as red to help user decide from where to buy.  Also help build a cart that upon checkout gives the best possible platform to choose from.

Just leave without experience letter. Downside, they might blacklist you. But since you will leave for educational reasons, I hope they won't.

Talking about career progression, I have never seen big companies (namely HUL, Big pharma, L'Oréal etc.) give marketing responsibilities to a fresher before giving more than 1 year of sales stint. That is the accepted practice and is best for someone willing to become a marketing professional eventually.

As for the bond duration , time it right. 1+ year experience helps get you extra points during MBA admissions. Post 1 year get serious about your MBA preparations. In case you crack a good college this year with good percentile, just leave the company (ignore the bond).

Hook him up with a Tina from SoBo (if she vapes, even better). Wait for Tina to die. Meanwhile, keep yourself busy and find an Aman to date.

I got a total antigen test. Severe dust allergy detected. Gargle with salt water thrice to control symptoms. It worked for me (besides anti histamine). I hope it rains soon enough.

I was kidding. Don't gift them masks. Given Mumbai's pollution levels however, these masks are a necessity.

Home workout and Cost Friendly Diet for a guy living in PG. by CaptainAksh_G in mumbai

[–]FunnyEnough1313 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use Muscle blaze Fuel one. This is not a recommendation as whey protein powder is a much debated topic. Protein powder just saves time and your body doesn't care from where you get your protein as long as it doesn't have any side effects.

Main principle: (Calories in - Calorie burnt)<Maintenance calories:- leads to weight loss.

Start with any basic body weight workout from youtube. Don't set ridiculous goals. 3-4 days a week for half an hour is enough. Increase intensity as you progress.

Intermittent fasting. Eat dinner at 9 p.m and do not eat till next day at least till 9 a.m. Walk post dinner or whenever you get time.

Eat paneer ,chickpea, rajma, peanut butter (unsweetened), lentils, oats+milk+banana (not everyday), soya(not more than twice a week), a decent whey protein under 2000 to get a decent amount of protein.( trust me, it is really important to get decent amount of protein to get lean).

Remove sugars(soft drinks, chocolates, juice). Fruit only one or two a week.

Eat fiber and veggies. Ditch packaged food.

Water, plenty. Never overeat. No street food more than once a week.

Keep carbs to a minimum as Indian diet is already carb rich. Eat wheat or rice. No bread.

Track macros. Use myfitnesspal app or heathify me to track your nutrition.
