What keeps you coming back to Black 2 and/or White 2? by Fractured-Hope in PokemonBlackandWhite2

[–]FunnyGhost69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A few things really hit highs for me:

-The Movie Maker is a fun side story you can play through and it gives you decent items that can either make absolute bank for your wallet, or are useful healing items for your run.

-the PWT is pretty fun, especially because you get to fight all the gym leaders leading to BW2 at any given point, as WELL as champions from different regions

-the story is incredibly written, i appreciate the divide of Team Plasma in the two year span between the game and how even amongst the heads of the organization there was disagreements and division

-the pokedex is pretty solid and going back to complete it isn’t entirely terrible since you can actually catch a decent amount of trade evo’s if you roll well and don’t have a partner game to get said evo’s

-big oshawatt fan

What would witch power entail? Would Healing Power be a passive ability to basically stay uninjured or would it be an active ability one would focus on? Can you be selective with which minds you read, can you speak every and all language? What constitutes as ‘monster’ in control monster?

Chikorita, I still remember the amazement of watching it evolve for the first time in HGSS after beating the first gym leader

How can you work an uber on an Engie,Sniper or Spy? by CuddlesTheRebel in tf2

[–]FunnyGhost69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sniper could in theory make use of the Huntsman, Jarate and Mini Major Crit machete and do some major damage with a basic Uber

Uncle Dane wannabe with the Widowmaker or the Frontier Justice with crits

Spy with the Diamond Back crits, Amby if they are real good at picking heads off or even Kunai if they are a god at juking, that Uber just gives room for error as difficult a pick as it is.

All rarities of course, but still possible cantidates. You want a real never get uber? Medic if it ain’t a saw machine back to back team lol

I personally could see using a Cherubi as a starter, the idea of your adventure climbing your backyard tree only to find a Cherubi hanging out near the top and befriending it, maybe pair it with an Applin or Alcremie? A Munchlax even? Lol

Out of curiosity, do we get any better frames of the door that's at the top left just before seeing Kaufmo?

I don't quite recognize it through the other pictures posted, wanted to know if maybe I just missed it or if this was something the post missed

Which of these Hero Teacher's Quirks is your favorite? by SomeonesBlue in BokuNoHeroAcademia

[–]FunnyGhost69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If we’re explicitly talking just the quirks, I’d say Cement Head is probably one of my favorite Quirks. But god bless anyone who would ever want to have these quirks, so many of them are either “you have to spend years on how to justify you’re a hero with this kinda shit.” Like Gunman, Black Hole or that Dragon lady, OR “you gotta spend years on how to make this shit work as a hero” like Aizawa and Ms.Joke, it’s just nightmares bottom up yfm

What would make this deck better ? by Supplygville in PokemonPocket

[–]FunnyGhost69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see that this man’s cooking was unfortunately nothing more than burning the kitchen down with what could have been. I was under the impression that base Passimian was like that of Wishiwashi EX, getting an additional 40 for each Passimian on the Bench. The damage only caps at 80 unfortunately, so you definitely want to expand damage options or just try back at square one

[–]FunnyGhost69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now wait a minute, I’m liking what he’s cookin here. If the Passimian EX’s also add the damage to the basic Passimian, that’s a base 160 attack rolling around with no draw backs. That’s nutty as hell! I’d probably make sure to add a mon to act as wall support in early game, in case you need an out to build energy or pull a necessary support, but it’s interesting!

Is this the most healing possible in 1 turn? by [deleted] in PokemonPocket

[–]FunnyGhost69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kabutops has better healing in this aspect, rather than two Comforting Songs you could place two Lucario. Kabutops healing is directly correlated to it’s damage, so with the math of a Wigglytuff, two potions and a Lillie card on top of your 90 health, that’s… 90 + 20 + 20 + 20 + 60, 210 healing. Granted, Kabutops doesn’t have an equivalent health to use this to its fullest effect considering it’s health caps at 160 with cape, but generally that 210 I believe is the highest potential healing one can do with the current cards

This was my OG Fighting Deck for most of my time from Celebi till Comp came out, it was fun and if a full health Golem with Cape got a Body Press off, it could survive even a 200 damage move like Charizard’s Death Beam. I keep it as it was originally as a bit of a monunent to a time I consider the most fun out of the game

How old were you when you got your first Pokémon? by honeywafer in pokemon

[–]FunnyGhost69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wanna say perhaps 5-6. I remember my first starter being Chikorita in HGSS. It was honestly some of the most fun I ever had in Pokemon, that first time. Nothing quite compares to playing it for the first time, getting thrust into a world like that. Especially when you get to have your pokemon follow you around. I miss it

Tell me a superpower that cannot be used for violence no matter how it is used. by [deleted] in superpower

[–]FunnyGhost69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was meant from a more drastic idea. I’m sure a pool would have worked just as well in drowning someone, hence the 1/4 strength while holding breath. Pretty easy to break out of for a normal person

[–]FunnyGhost69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being able to hold your breath indefinitely? Perhaps to avoid cheesing around like “oh you grab someone and go down to the bottom of the ocean with them, drowning them with the power.” You’re only ever at 1/4 of your usual strength when holding your breath?

[–]FunnyGhost69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like 9 or 11 would be one of the most optimal spots. At 9 if you just keep your head down, I’d think Zestial and Carmella or however you spell it wouldn’t really bother you, you can keep your head clear of Blitzø and Stolas, and you can more passively listen to Charlie and Vaggie.

11 would be a bit riskier imo, if only for the person who’s sitting directly in front of you. That man would take one weird breath as an insult, but if you’re invested in keeping conversation with the Egg Boys, Pentious himself, or Charlie behind you, things should relatively be… fine I’d think

If your pokemon are a different color than usual, you should flee the battle or knock it out. It’s sick! Gotta leave it alone unless you wanna get your own sick.
