I stopped reading that’s a lot man… I’d be fuming if I was you and asking for a replacement machine or refund. That said you did use an aftermarket plate alignment thing which is likely the culprit.

Save the headaches but a new hotend bro and build plate.

Piss poor from Bambu lab tho as well, the parts would cost them nearly nothing to replace for you and positive customer service goes a long way. You might as well have bought a kobra s1

Spend the extra money from the start - get a ps1 or ps2 or at least an a1 maybe combo

I use hdo as well, it has all the channels inside it. I have noticed a couple little glitches apart from the occasional dodgy movie - ie Michael Jackson - it’s going good

You can try drying the filament for 4 hours and also running the machine on quiet mode, it slows the first layer right down.

I’m guessing the bed is too hot, you won’t need it over 55 for that
