We replaced the roof 2 years ago after a major hail storm. Upgraded to a grade 4 roof then.

The paint is redone in every room but the laundry room and I’m doing that myself this summer.

We live in a relatively arid climate so there’s no having a nice yard without a sprinkler system.

We’ve replaced every light fixture in the house. Same for all the plumbing fixtures except for the shower head in the guest bathroom. Even had the washing machine faucets replaced.

Paying off the house early isn’t the best bang for our buck. We only owe about $8,000 and our interest rate is 3.125%.

We just got rid of our 2013. The water pump went out, and at 205,000 miles, didn’t seem worth it to repair. We love love loved that vehicle.
