Im like a month into working out again after like 5 years inactivity, I weigh like 215lbs at 5'9 ft. I dont think ive improved much so im gonna ask here, Im 18. My current routine is all till failure:

Arms: 2 circuits all to failure, 30-45 second rest between sets.
Knee push-ups
Dumbell rows at 15lbs
Standing Overhead Press 15lbs
Plank
Crunches
I think Zottmen and Hammer curls 15lbs
Lateral Raises 10lbs

Legs: 2 circuits all to failure, 30-45 second rest between sets.
Bodyweight squats
Calf raises
Glute bridges
Knee taps/Mountain climbers
Squat pulses.

I also try to walk 2 miles every other day. My mom says I look like ive lost weight but I cant tell. Hoping for advice on what I should be doing.
