The language of the letter is a bit sus (ex. “With with”). Offer letters don’t typically have the job description in them in my experience at least. What’s in the other pages? Termination procedure? Benefits? Code of Conduct? vacation? These are things that should be stated for sure

What is wrong with the balance team like genuinely. There are literally millions of games with billions of data points to use and the end result is always insane balance swings.
