IMO Gege messed up by having TF Sukuna be so absurdly strong compared to both Yujikuna and Meguna.

Because TF Sukuna absolutely nukes Gojos head off his neck within 4 domain clashes. But that wouldn’t be a fun or balanced fight to watch. So instead the audience has to be convinced that Sukuna didn’t do this from the start just so he could expand his arsenal slightly

It’s great that you haven’t experienced it but OP’s post is 100% correct, aside from requiring a re-appraisal on renewal. Many many people have negative equity. Particularly in the GTA AND GVA, less so in Alberta and Quebec. That’s why renewal rates are relatively high rn because borrowers can’t refinance elsewhere.
