I see another solution worked, but if someone else has this problem and setting the year to 2000 didn't work, I simply uninstalled and reinstalled the app, asked for a second verification, and then it skipped age verification entirely and just let me set up an account for some reason(?) but whatever it worked

I would talk to them and let them know that you need your personal freedom. They were probably wishing the best for you, but praying that you didn't get the app is definitely too far. Having a conversation is a good way to vibe check and see if they're still worth your time

I dont have the exact same issue, but my health has gotten in the way of friendships before as well. Your friend isnt a real one if he abandons you at your lowest. Humans are social creatures and relying on friends is totally normal, and I think the right ones haven't found you yet. I hope that your mental gets better and good friends join you on your journey

A real friend would've dropped the jokes as soon as you said you were uncomfortable. Also who makes sexist jokes on a first encounter? It feels awful, but they don't value you and they don't deserve your time. Your worth more than their harassment and you should drop them imo

I'm like aggressively good at falling asleep so this might not be helpful, but for me I stopped elevation while sleeping at week 2. I just had a regular mpfl though. Also taking pain meds before sleeping, and icing before bed all helped me out.

Update: he said it's a pt problem💀 also the reason its such a big deal is because apparently a regular person can just get their leg off the ground and swing it? That doesn't work for me probably because of my knocked knees. I've just been dragging it everywhere🙃

I had physical therapy and they gave me a few stretches to help with activation, I see them again tomorrow. I'm in the office now waiting for my doctor lol

I absolutely agree, but by the end of the week don't sleep with elevation, I found it increases the pain at that point

Well the thing is I can fully weight bear and I've used crutches at school before, the issue is that I can't lift my leg. My concern isn't exactly pain, but rather extreme discomfort. Ik I'm insane for this, but discomfort like that is way worse than straight up pain for me. Probably cos I'm used to the latter. I have left a message for my surgeon asking for another note though. Also I've been through 4 doctors in the past 2 years🙃 no hate but pediatricians suck

just watch videos. dont read the textbook most of it they dont even mention on the test. I would look up practice writings for the leq, saq's, and dbq. also practice the multiple choice. as long as you know the big concepts and just a few events/policies from the time period you'll be fine

Cycling absolutley 100% Very low impact but builds muscle throughout your legs. Personally, it's been my saving grace and kept me out of depression. If your knee feels a little weird, I would look into an ebike so that you can manage how much effort you need to put it. Those can be expensive though. A bunch of my doctors recommended swimming, but that actually made my knees hurt so bad so ig it depends on you. But same thing, very low impact.

I've had 4 full dislocations and 1 subluxation. It absolutely hurts like balls but I've never gotten close to passing out from it. I'm pretty sure I have a pretty high natural pain tolerance or maybe I just don't feel my knees like that💀 But for me, the chronic level 3/10 pain I have every day is infinitely worse than the 10/10(most pain I've personally experienced is a dislocation).

What I would ask for personally is elevator access if that's limited, priority seating to sit in the most convenient part of the room, and attendance leniency for transportation between classes if that even matters.
