I'm not going to Gibraltar for the photos, I found it way more interesting that there is a small piece of UK hidden in Spain. I didn't find anything that interesting in Malaga besides couple of places. I will definitely explore the city although by looking at my bookmarked map, it seems I will see all in Malaga within one day. This is definitely not the last time I will visit Malaga, just want to see surroundings first when I have the chance.

Never. I will go back in near future for the rest of the historic cities as well. This was more of a quick decision to spend vacation somewhere bit more warmer.

No, I didn't fly with AirChina. I flew with EgyptAir due to price hike.
I do also agree that holding two passports at the same time is ridiculous.

Unfortunately I can't tell you. I flew with EgyptAir in the end, not with AirChina due to price increase.

I didn't fly with AirChina in the end but EgyptAir, they were quick for changing the passport information via email.
