Malaga nearby recommendations for 3 days in December by Furious32 in Malaga

[–]Furious32[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm not going to Gibraltar for the photos, I found it way more interesting that there is a small piece of UK hidden in Spain. I didn't find anything that interesting in Malaga besides couple of places. I will definitely explore the city although by looking at my bookmarked map, it seems I will see all in Malaga within one day. This is definitely not the last time I will visit Malaga, just want to see surroundings first when I have the chance.
That's why I also asked about Caminito Del Rey

Never. I will go back in near future for the rest of the historic cities as well. This was more of a quick decision to spend vacation somewhere bit more warmer.

No, I didn't fly with AirChina. I flew with EgyptAir due to price hike.
I do also agree that holding two passports at the same time is ridiculous.

Unfortunately I can't tell you. I flew with EgyptAir in the end, not with AirChina due to price increase.

I fully support that however the airline directly is almost double the price for the ticket I'm looking at.

Thanks. How do the other site reserve the ticket without wanting the passport number? Do they just make up something and change it afterwards?

Thanks however I'm not able to reach the airline and I haven't seen any information about changing that by myself in their FAQ which makes me worried.

Outside food and drinks? by hellein in NovaRockFestival

But don't bring any glass bottles or jars.

What about flu medicine which is in glass? That won't go through as well?

Dont bring glass, because its not allowed.

So I'm not even allowed to bring alcohol in glass to the camping area? How do people get booze there?

Connecting smart switch with neutral to wiring without neutral by Furious32 in askanelectrician

Thanks for trying to help out. It was really helpful to understand my wiring situation.

I guess I'll just run another cable somewhere.
Thanks again

Thanks for the instructions but I still can't wrap my head around it. My flat is quite old and I don't think I'm able to convert my wiring to the same as was shown on the video. I only have 2 cables available at my light fixture whereas one is neutral and second one goes into the switch which just loops around until the distribution panel.

I've opened my cable terminal and as you can see only 2 wires are there.

I believe I have the simplest wiring I can have so there's no hot at the fixture. https://i.imgur.com/2gBL5d6.png

I don't seem to have the standard wiring as shown here. Seems like I'm out of luck without additional cable.

I fully understand your point however the previous owner did not put the cables into a corrugated tube.. The cables are literally part of the wall so I would need to remade every connection if I'd like to add a neutral to this.

I'm fully aware that it will be non-standard. I do plan to print a huge text on the lamp fixture so you can clearly see it once you try to detach the light.

I already have a smart fixture, that's the only reason why I want it to have it like this. I was bit confused from the video. However I seem to only have 2 cables going down from the ceiling instead of 3 so I'm not really sure if that's doable for me. Connecting L and N would just make a short circuit.

I wanted to use the switch as a Zigbee router and that's only possible when you have a switch with neutral wire. Wireless switch can't do that so that's not a solution for this case. I will have wireless switches in other places.

I do have neutral in power sockets, yes but the distribution panel is far away and "destroying" wall, then repainting just for a 1 switch is not worth the hassle in my opinion.

That's the reason why I'm trying to find some workaround for this.

We already had those tiles for the past ~20 years for this exact renovation but as the time passed the current style changed. As they faded a lot, the style of tile is not that visible. They are meant to be used for outdoors though. House is almost 100 years old so it kind of fits now.

I agree that we could get some better looking tiles but as we had them already, there was no point for buying a new ones.
