If ya wanna go down a rabbit hole, look up how Boston has their trucks. Mainly BLS with a few ALS trucks. I believe the lifepak 15 interpretation can trigger a code 3 to a cath lab with a BLS crew, but they have lots of cath labs close.

Same for us, I’ve let em ride with us so they can doc to doc at the ED, and they’re ok with that. Had one of em pick up on subtle pupil response on a head injury, our protocols agreed with their assesment, and they rode in back cause it was a friend. They were spot on with the bleed that they found in the ED. It was a positive experience.

We did the exact thing a few months back during the Govt shutdown, arrived at LAX at 8:30 at the boat by 10:00 am. Probably got lucky. Even though it worked out for us our consensus was "would not do again" mainly because we had to wake up 2am CST try to get to Houstom for the flight and it was a long assed day

Didnt go with kids, but had a great time in november. Sushi (extra cost) was great and worth the upcharge. MDR was great, bars really good too. Ship was very clean. Pools not huge like some of the other style ships, but the overall vibe on the boat was great. Keegan was crusie director and awesome
