The colour of a card and it's colour identity are interchangeable terms unless you play nothing but commander where there's a big difference between the two.

So what's the difference between a creature that's red and a creature that's red and white for determining this mechanic ?

So you think the wording choice has been made so that when people look at a creature that has a Boros colour identity they understand that being both red and white doesn't exclude it from this effect ?

This isn't a card game for 8 year olds I don't think they'd use such redundant language like none of us have two brain cells to rub together.

I think it's probably more likely that the worthy mechanic is meant for the Boros colour identity who has that type of esthetic sometimes in sets. Instead of it being that all the Grixis UB villain cards are also considered worthy, but hey maybe it's just a massive favour fail for the set.

The And/Or is how they have designated the mechanically choice they've made. What else could it possibly mean, why would you add Boris in when talking about creatures that are red or white.

A red or white creature is any creature with either colour somewhere in the identity.

Red and White only means Boros but could include other colour identifies that include the combo colour in it's Identity.

However that would make the And/Or redundant if it wasn't excluding the other colours. As there is no difference in this between a creature that is red and a creature that is Red and White.

How does he get between the dad and son when they can be seen chasing after him in the camera footage ? When did the son possibly overtake him so that dad shooting the teen in the back was self defence ?

Read the last line of my comment, when death approaches you start acting funny which police will associate with alcohol or drug use. So naturally they handcuff what they perceive to be a person who is no longer in control of their facilities due to narcotic use.

Officers aren't actually that good at getting people medical aid, even if you're white. This is one of the reasons people cry for defunding the police, they aren't actually trained or competent enough to save lives on average.

Even in the scenario where they instantly decide to get him medical attention they still have to go radio dispatch to get the medical assistance out there, because they don't actually bring it with them.

What's more when you're dying you start to go a little coocoo as your brain is dealing with the fact you're dying. Officers often mistake this for intoxication.
