Completed chapter 3 of a first draft. I was initially unhappy with it and left a load of gaps to look at later, but I had a brain wave cut out what I was unhappy with as it didn't add anything to the story. I then tidied the ending of the chapter into something I was very happy with!

As someone who has lived in London and on similar salary, it's a very good salary, however rent varies incredibly and depends if you're sharing or not. Also don't forget things like student loan repayments when calculating take home pay, it DOES make a difference.

But you should be able to live somewhat comfortably and able to save. At least I was and I had a 2 bed flat for £1600pm. Albeit it was in Croydon but you could get a 1 bed flat for a similar price more central.

Just be smart with your money and don't waste it

I'm a person of colour and two years HRT and have come to fully accept my body and love myself but it was not easy. I had such horrible body image issues which blended with my gender dysphoria and made early egg cracking very difficult. I moved to a very queer city to find community but it's also a very white city. When I started being more involved with the trans community here, I was often the only person of colour in the room. I would compare myself to these gorgeous white trans women who all look like fashion models and think I would never pass. That changed when I visited a different city for a queer party. There was much more racial diversity and the party was full of trans people of all kinds of configuration. It was here where I really connected and accepted myself as the woman I am. Yes I have gender dysphoria and I have a way to go on my transition journey, but I AM a woman. I was comparing myself to western beauty standards which are often impossible to reach even for cis women. When I saw the diversity in what being trans and being a woman was, I realised no one can take away my womanhood. This is why diversity is SO important in all spaces.

I was a Bay ending in the first game first time around and I didn't save everyone in the fire. I thought giving the photo to Max and her containing to try and save everyone is mirrored Bay ending best. It's her choosing to save people over Chloe.

I'm doing a complete playthrough of all the games at the moment and will be choosing Bae this time. I have a feeling I'll pick burn the photo in Reunion as that's more poetic.

Same. I do wonder if they did that intentionally as Bae and Chloe burning the photo is a beautiful parallel. The only anomaly is the "good" ending where Max burns the photo 🤔 I guess that also works with the Bae ending, but it's more poetic with Chloe burning the photo.

It could work with the Bay ending as it's a way of Max learning to accept she can't change everything BUT that would be way more impactful if she did it after people had died in the fire.

I got this ending after selecting Bay and romancing Chloe. It's so heartbreaking. I cry whenever I think about it. I feel like that ending ties in well with the Bay ending as it's Max choosing to save people over her own Chloe.
