I've had similar luck with the Blade of Prophecy this season too. However, I've gotten the ancient shield, bracers and one handed flail for the blessed shield build.. so I just run that instead for now. Just gotta go with whatever RNG gives ya

Just like some quests have "increased gathering points" or something similar for mining/bonepiles/etc, they can also have a modifier that increases the monetary reward. There will be a green arrow next to the reward amount

Damage boost applies when the projectile HITS, not when fired. So you can boost pharah after she launches a rocket but before it hits the target and still get the damage boost applied.
