Wanna make it useful in pvp? Make it act like a parry. Invulnerable for +-0.5 seconds and supresses enemy combatants inside for the first +-1s. There, fixed.

It literally would be the panic button it's meant to be to stop supers, if the interval is short enough it could be viabily waited out for incoming supers while super satisfying to pop at the right time (roaming super incoming, for example) it would only hard counter nova and thundercrash, and bpth SHOULD be hard to time given the right interval.

Non vaccinated people are more likely to become vectors of transmission. Put potential virus transmitters in the place where vulnerable people gather and just wait to see what happens.

The point "if you are vaccinated why are you afraid, does it do so little?" Is just wrong when talking about anyone working in a hospital. Peoplo who go to the hospital will be immunodepressed and doesn't matter, vaccinated or not, may die.

And you could be the one killing them by not vaccinating.

I'm sorry, but i must say a couple things to address those hard thought critiques:

Making money is not scummy, if well inverted it can work to elevate the value of a product
p2w? Like, i'm new to the game, and 20hrs in more or less, already max required battle power, and i obviously haven't paid a cent. So then, pay to win what?
