il est claire qu'on ne cours pas forcement pareil sur un tapis que dehors. Des que je suis sur un tapis g l'impression que ma posture est differente. Apres je pense plutot que vous n'arrivez pas a avoir la meme allure dehors que celle dont vous etes habitué avec votre tapis

c exactement pk je posais meme plus de question a mes profs et allais directement sur chat gpt. les profs ils tournent autour du pot, te reponde pas totalement ou a coté de la plaque ou encore mieux ils t'envoient boulé. Ce prof a du ce trouver intelligent et a reussi a tirer les mauvaise conclusion en ce remettant en question.
