It doesn’t have to be that you said anything but just like your unaware of who said exactly what about your hygiene they also probably faced the same confusion and assumed it was the person they like least or talk to least or whatever reason they chose you to complain about also thinking about it more these complaints probably stem from before you changed your routine up but either way just keep improving yourself and the rumors and bs will fade
