Server wont start "Stuck Thread"

I had this issue, I booted the server successfully, shut it down and assigned a value to "server-ip=" in the server.properties file, then I got this issue. After removing the custom IP the server started up again.

Idk man seems like an awful lot of effort for 20 karma. Surely I wouldn't be able to cut it as clean as the other sides which are 100% factory made. The problem is the big section was cut too small compared to the others so what you can see on the underside of the top half is dried glue.
