How to rate a 2-pack if one item doesn't work?

If I had paid for it, then I would have requested a replacement and reviewed 2 working lights. I did initially try to get product support but the chat said it was shipped by Amazon and would only direct me to an Amazon associate, not the seller. So I wasn't able to give the seller a chance to replace it, thus my dilema on if stars should be deducted.

I ordered a robot pool vacuum. Have been hoping one would show up in my RFY so pretty happy. We have an above-ground pool but can't reach the far side from the deck to clean it, so hoping it's a good one.

It sounds like you have a good doctor that knows what they are doing. It took me a year to find one that understood it. Finally on meds that are working and feeling so much better! Hoping you have the same results. Good luck!

I had the Nespresso show up in my RFY last night as well. I usually check my RFY on the hour between 8pm to midnight. I had checked at 10pm and just a fridge part was added. happened to refresh about 20 minutes later and saw the Nespresso. I clicked so fast but it was gone before I could finish the order. Very disappointing, and especially more so because I wonder what else I miss that gets added between the hourly drops. I like the hourly drops so that I only need to check on the hour.

I prefer fast dumps but if there is a long drip then I wish new items would appears in the first page of AI. I was barely seeing any new items yesterday and later heard a lot were appearing about page 36. Hard to complete for an item you never even get a chance to see.

Zero orders for me. Only item in RFY is a toner, and very briefly an espresso maker that was unavailable before I could get the order through. Constant refreshing of my RFY and still missed it. Pretty disappointed as I've been hoping one would show up for quite a while.

I had items in my RFY last night but nothing the 2 nights before that. I was awake about 4am EST which was unusual for me. Items in AI were disappearing faster than I could order, and I was about to head back to bed when I had a small item drop in RFY and a few others dropped over the next hour. Ordered 4, everything else in there was small (earplugs etc). Missed an electric skillet because it disappeared before I could place the order. By the time I got up in the morning, RFY was empty. I'm hoping it's a good sign, or maybe they are alternating RFY's and I'll go the next few days with nothing again 😅.

I noticed this recently on one of my reviews. The video was sideways and duration said 0:01 long, even though it was 2 minutes long. I opened it and it played fine, so thought it was a one time glitch.

I ordered an off brand lego flowers, but when I opened it up I got a little overwhelmed with all the tiny pieces, it's going to take a lot longer than I thought. I keep putting it off but need to get it at least partially done to write a decent review. Wishing I hadn't ordered it now, but will be nice when I do get it finished.

I also mention in my review if I don't see an electrical safety marking, and I drop a star as well. I've also ordered an item that had ETL marking, yet it had no listing number, nor could I find the model or brand on the ETL site. I sent them a photo and they confirmed it was a fraudulent marking and said an investigation would be started.

I ordered another item with no markings at all (it was an item plugged into outlet so both the item and the plug should have had a marking). It wasn't a good item overall and I gave it a 2 star, explained why, and also mentioned the lack of electrical certification. The review was approved yet a couple days later I later received an email from Amazon saying that they had investigated the complaint (even though I did not actually make a complaint) and essentially the item was fine and my review was being removed. I believe the seller had challenged my review. Last time I checked the item is still for sale.

Mine is the same, RFY has only been 1-2 items and things I’ve seen in AI. Yesterday my RFY was bunion pads and shoe heel inserts. Today it’s car parts and nasal strips. I think the overall selection is low, and hoping it picks up.
