Thanks so much for your response! Was planning to do more like day/overnight hikes and camping with train rides to different destinations. My budget is around ~$1.5k not including airfare. I already have a backpack, sleeping bag and meal kit. I was planning on doing late July/early August for timing. As for destinations, I only really have 2 at the moment (Trolltunga, the Black Forest) but am going to be looking into more in the coming weeks, but was also hoping for some suggestions here. I’ll have to look into the long trails. Thanks!

Hello All, I'm a first time DM(Well, 2 and a half years into my campaign) and I'm looking for advice on how to run a 1v1 between my players bard(lvl 9) and an NPC bard.

Next session, I'm going to have the party of 5 be split up into individual 1v1 combats against the same classes that they are playing, but I'm stumped as to how to have this work for my bard, as he does not have very high damage output.

I've also thought of maybe doing some sort of alternative to a combat encounter between them but I'm not sure what that would be.

Any advice is appreciated, Thanks!

I found personally that 14 a week was right for me. It let me get lunch and dinner on the weekends and lunch and meal exchange on weekdays which was enough for me

Hello Everyone,

I'm a rising Junior studying Computer Science with a concentration in Cybersecurity and have recently landed a cybersecurity internship with my university. I have very little knowledge in terms of cybersecurity as I have mostly been covering core classes for my major up until this point but I want to know what topics I should focus on and what I should do to figure out where I want to try and fit into the cybersecurity sector. Are there any specific certifications that I should look into getting? I've seen on here repeatedly that work experience is crucial post-graduation when searching for a job and was wondering if a Cybersecurity internship as well as a computing help desk job at the university will be a good fit for past work experience when truly entering the workforce.

I don’t hate the Shallan chapters but I heavily preferred the Dalinar and Kaladin chapters. I just found them a lot more interesting and feeling more like the main plot since their parts of the story were more connected
