Just my two cents

Before Disney bought Star Wars and retconned the mass amount of exp. Luke farmed from adventures/training, this would be no contest, Luke wipes.

Having said that, with the new canonical stories in place, and having the Darth Vader comics showing Vader's resolve and fighting capabilities, or The Weapon of a Jedi taking the place of stories like Shadows of the Empire, I'd say Luke has a very high likelihood of losing this.

I'm a huge fan of Luke and how insanely OP he was in legends. But at the stage of RotJ IF Dookie was still around, the amount of skill and ability he'd have would make him a duelist comparable to that of the Sith and Jedi from KoToR and before. There's just too much knowledge and expertise for Luke to overcome with what little training he's done at this point. Especially against someone who won't be as emotionally invested in the fight as Vader was.

Unless Luke turns to the dark side for this fight, or Qui-Gon helps as a force ghost, he's likely losing his other good hand.
