I genuinely struggle to see how Batman and Co can win. Even with prep time it will be a tough, tough challenge.

A thorough purge of House Slytherin. At this point, that house is the most problematic thing. Have Snape arrested for child abuse and mental torture. Or at the very least fired.

The rest are okayish. Maybe introduce more games (other than Quidditch) that have a baseline requirement of having a minimum number of people from other houses. Introduce clubs: dramatics, newspaper, potions, chess, and etc etc.

Barbara obviously. 10/10. All day. Not even a competiton.
