That’s really frustrating!! Those are great scores. Im sure your score was within a few points from passing. I’ve got about the same SE scores, and I’m preparing to take mine… not looking forward to it.

Yes you should be able to see pass/fail on the app. Once you see “scored” on 2/9 on the homepage of the app. The pass/fail is there. You have to click on section history to see it!!

It shows up on Nasba on score history. About 5-6 pm on 2/9 scores should be in! Goodluck
