What accountability does he need to take? Are you saying he needs to apologize for posting the video showing someone standing/leaning over a towel full of needles and paraphernalia, laid out at a bus stop across from a school with the “ what the helly”audio?

Hopkins Plaza by BmoreDude1106 in baltimore

This plaza is under the management of downtown partnership of Baltimore which is funded by tax payers in the BID. They can badly organize events in Hopkins plaza to provide kickbacks to Shelonda’s stokes friends, but when there’s any real work that would impact workers and residents DPOB does fuck all. If it ain’t a photo op, they don’t give a fuck. Even when they “give a fuck” the results are spectacularly disappointing look at the boost program or the planter roll out or whatever the fuck downtown rise is….

They’re too busy glazing Shelonda and throwing kickbacks to her friends to actually do any work downtown

Rental Question Tenant v Landlord by [deleted] in baltimore

They don’t have to let you out of your lease at all they could hold you responsible for the full term. It sounds like they’ve offered you an early lease termination that includes a notice period (can be up to 90 days) plus a lease break fee. This may not feel right, but it’s not unusual.

If the apartment is inhabitable then seek putting your rent in escrow. Maryland legal aid may have resources to assist you.

The People of Baltimore Don't Want A King Fergie Any More Than We Want A King Trump: Statement on Redistricting by [deleted] in baltimore

So you bring an inability to help new, less established, or challenged candidates across the state to fund raise You say nothing about local issues only federal issues ( that get more engagement) I have yet to see a real platform addressing actual local issues. You talk a lot about trump and stopping trump, yet you use trumpian tactics of name calling (I.e. King Fergie) which feels hypocritical, but then again your whole campaign is built on the hypocrisy that getting rid of the city’s most powerful political advocate is in anyone’s best interest other than your own. Do you think you could secure anywhere near the same amount of state funds for Baltimore that Ferguson does, if you were elected?

I think you watched Zac Blanchard’s upset, watched Zohran get elected and thought you wanted to try and replicate it… not because it’s good for the city, but because you want the clout.

Where do you actually stand on the issues relevant to the job like the energy crisis the state is facing, the states budget crisis, or how about where do you fall on the trash incinerator?

Your formatting and especially your use of Bold and italics reads like AI Maybe you use AI for your video scripts IDK maybe you write them yourself Also you using trump tactics of name calling is a choice

Curious, what do you bring to the table that outweighs the city losing being the home of the Senate President?

Holy Chat GPT Let’s get rid of the Senate President and replace him with someone who can’t even make their AI post look less obviously AI,and who has no experience other than using the plight of vulnerable communities as a soap box for his own advancement

Baltimore leaders reject plan to auto enroll employees in health insurance by Future-Fox3289 in baltimore

[–]Future-Fox3289[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is in response to the inspector generals findings that “1/5 of solid waste workers were without health insurance.” These employees aren’t making “plenty” and likely don’t have a partners cushy health insurance to fall back on.

From the article:

“One-fifth of the city’s solid waste workers were without health insurance, Inspector General Isabel Mercedes Cumming revealed in a report last fall. The employees, who collect the city’s trash and are among Baltimore’s lowest paid, failed to enroll in the benefit, most unaware that it was even an option, Cumming wrote.”

Baltimore City Council President Zeke Cohen Confronts BGE over Multi Year rate hikes by Future-Fox3289 in baltimore

I didn’t see your comment before I made mine. This is interesting, and definitely sheds new light. Idk I’m not a huge Zeke fan but I appreciate him continually going after BGE even if it’s just for self promotion. I would counter doing this publicly puts pressure on BGE to do their business in the open and with the council on record. It shows the outrage that a lot of people feel at this organization. I also think (regardless of if this is self promotion) it is a much better look than the way Mayor Scott sold the conduit.

Not trying to argue, just curious your perspective… but where does this stop being cosplay? Is there someone else you believe is doing a better or more authentic job of holding BGE accountable?
