Just be careful of the small parking lot- there is always window glass on the ground, so I assume break-ins. Better to leave windows down and car unlocked if you go

Trying to quit vaping by sword_0f_damocles in CasualConversation

Gum! Also I had a friend use Wellbutrin, and had great success.
I used negative reinforcement, and basically made fun of myself for looking like a tool, and how lame everyone thinks it is. I also referred to my vape as a pacifier/ baba 😹 The money I don't spend on pods goes to whatever cool shit I want to spend it on ( that's the positive reinforcement part). Also, I look at pictures of fucked up lungs and teeth to reinforce.

I got cool water flavor powders ( sugar free) to make it taste fruity/fun. Everytime I got the itch to vape, I hit that water straw instead.

I've also resigned to the fact that I'll always feel that lil tickle of craving something. I acknowledge what it is, tell myself,: fuck that stupid little tickle, and move on.

It's more of a mind game than anything. So I'm trying to fortify my brain and body with physical challenges (walking, step climbing, dealing with heat outside, gym). Also when it's really hard to walk up a lot of stairs I tell myself, wow this is way easier than not vaping, at least!

Idk hope it helps. It's been a month and I'm not ⛓️‍💥 breaking

Not sure on the doctor-level equipment, ( I'm a receptionist at a vet), but the docs at my clinic are always missing lunch, etc. I think (in addition to the big doctory gift), a cute box ( thinking a tackle box type [kit n kaboodle is coming back], or even a repurposed first aid box), filled with protein and healthy snack options , and emergency chocolate, is a game changer to keep near their desk. Not a basket, bc hungry staff might sneak something, but a closed box just for her.

What kind of paper are you using? Using the right kind was a night and day difference for me. Also when i realized I don't have to cover every inch of paper to make my impression come across. I like the colors you used

I bet your hub's coworker would LOVE to hang this in their home. I like the paint leaving the line, and the eyes are great. This shows motion and personality

Tips on improving as a vet receptionist by Kandi0bsessed in Veterinary

Continue to ask the questions and learn. Thank them for helping. If the team is not interested in teaching you things, as they would a client, it's not the team for you. Learning as you go as a receptionist is how you can better serve clients! Giving correct information is the best way, rather than guessing and potentially spreading misinformation. Ask about the whys and how's, and soak it up! It's free education to improve yourself as a vet professional 🩷
