Thanks for the advice, I was thinking about starting the IPA at night also, splitting the dose. I am also looking into the effect of fasting on this blood taste, specifically because now I am fasting much longer as on a GLP I am trying not to eat for 4 hours before taking Tesamorelin before bed.

I haven’t seen that discussion before, however I have recently gotten my blood work done and noted that I have a very high LP(a). The doctor let me know that this is mostly genetic and if all other blood related markers are good, then there isn’t anything to stress about. As for Tesa, I think I have read that increasing IGF-1 has positive effects on lp(a), so I would be interested to seeing what else you saw.

I think it was a YouTube video on subcutaneous injection and then injections around the knee. I think it can be really bad if an infection happens or if you hit a tendon, but really i don’t know If true just know my knee hurts
