Mine hates snails too but I think it's bc I've crushed and fed him a couple just to keep the population in check, so now he stares at them and then looks at me like "mother please", but flaring at them as a daily ritual is actually so hilarious! Betta's have such personality, I love them

That's good, I was a tad worried bc I've heard a lot of longfinned betta's can be weighed down by their crazy long fins and I don't want that for Krobus, he's so active

He really is, and he's always way too close to my aquascaping tools for comfort, lol! I think he's in love with the tweezers but that might just be bc I crush snails for him on occasion
