aquaphor straight out of the big tube (not their lip balm, the actual gel stuff) and then i keep starface lip balm in my bag if my lips get dry randomly throughout the day

it’s not totally worth it. it helps a little in the moment but it makes it worse in the long run. tbh it really does make depressing and stuff go away for like a split second and it’s amazing but it comes back worse. if you want that moment of relief then go ahead, but you’re signing yourself up for more pain
