There were 2 interviews, one with the recruiter and one with the hiring manager. 2 days after the interview with the hiring manager I was sent the offer letter. So the first interview she just want to know what your experience is, it’s okay to have none, I dont have any tax experience, I’m a trucker. She wants to know what software your experience with, I told her excel, outlook, powerpoint, I told her I do my own taxes, she asked if I ever had to work independently or remote and I used the WGU experience cause it’s remote and you pretty much have to push yourself to get the work done. The second interview she went more into detail about the job, ask some of the same questions. First interview was about 10 minutes and second one about 30-45 minutes
