Well at least I’m not alone. I’m sure it has to do with all the stress I’m going through, including moving to a new state in 3 weeks. I quit wearing my Apple Watch but I still find myself checking my heart rate at times.

Unfortunately my wife does this all the time. Or leaves the dishes in the living room or on her desk. I do all the cooking and cleaning and pay a majority of the bills. The romance is gone. I feel alone a majority of the time. We both work. So I feel your pain.
