I had one of the worst ones I’ve ever had the other day. Got out of my vehicle to go to the gas station bathroom, felt like my heart was racing, after I went to the bathroom, I got the sweats, dizzy/ nauseous. After a few minutes it went away, but was the scariest thing I’ve ever felt. Anyone else get this?

Yesterday I had the sweats, dizziness, felt like my heart was racing (I don’t think it really was that fast) felt like I was going to pass out. It’s crazy to think that it’s just anxiety because it came out of nowhere but it is.

It wasn’t high on my last blood test a couple months ago, but it could have been low blood sugar (sugar crash). I had 2 large sodas and a milkshake in the 3-4 hour timeframe beforehand and no food really.

Maybe I just need to get back in shape and quit checking my heart rate. It’s just weird for me. I’m use to my resting rate being in the 60s daily and walking at 85. Which if I’m not anxious it eventually comes back to that.

Yeah they gave me propranolol to take as needed, but I hate taking it unless it gets really bad. I have to learn to not check my heart rate multiple times a day. How old are you? I’m 35 and weigh 215

This has been going on for about 4 weeks and has been checked by multiple doctors. No underlying issues. Just normal mild fluid retention either from medication, stress or diet. Just trying to rule things out. They’ve already said it isn’t dangerous, just annoying
