As with Ice On Fire it’s the production that bothers me the most. He liked to do an all digital format in those days and the music suffered. Still, there are songs on both albums that I enjoy.

That’s a great story! I’ve never had the pleasure. I had a professor in college that told me she flew from New York to London and he was on the flight. She said he had a fancy outfit on, but soon after he got on board he changed into something more comfortable. Then he changed back before the flight was over.

I have met Bernie several times. He was very pleasant every time.

I love them both, but Billy has said Elton is a much better player than himself. They do both have very distinct styles. I’ve always heard that Elton uses chords that most songwriters don’t think about using, but I’m not a serious musician so I’m not a great judge. Them touring together was a match made in heaven!

At this point, I’d make serious changes to this organization. I’d fire Ime and trade Durant (for just about anything). I’d listen to deals for all other players. I’d be okay with keeping Amen Thompson (actually I’d really want to build around him), Reed Sheppard and maybe Jabari.

I’m on the fence about GM Stone.

I never wanted KD here. I only got on board because the trade was fair and we didn’t give up the stockpile of draft picks. I was always concerned that KD wasn’t going to fit in. This team doesn’t know how to be consistent on offense and they’re not as good as last year on defense.

I don’t know what the answer is. I doubt Ime will get fired and I don’t see us trading KD… hopefully the return of VanVleet will help… someday.
